Awesome staff and doctors. The only place I will go and trust my dental care in their hands. Have had extractions to root canals here, it's clean and up to date and I love this place.

00pm appointment, arrived 10 minutes early to two other customers waiting outside as the door was locked. One was about to leave as they thought they were just closed. Attempted to call as this seemed strange for a business during operating hours, no answer. Eventually we saw movement in the back, and at 2 minutes of 2pm someone came to unlock the multiple locks on the door. Zero acknowledgement of any kind to the now 7 people standing outside. No sign on the outside door either. Must have been lunch time, and must be common practice. Poor customer service. Post your "lunch hours" or state the doors are locked for a reason. Given this day and age, the thought of a possible lockdown for safety crossed our mind. However, I was made to feel the only threat was the customers on the outside, unable to call or walk in. I'll find a place that values their customer's time and those that arrive timely to their appointments.

Unfortunately one of the more unprofessional dental offices I have encountered. The staff, while friendly enough, were not able to appropriately answer insurance questions and dropped my son as a patient when I had to switch dentists due to insurance changes. Lack of good communications and inability to answer basic questions are rather important.

Update: Apparently transferring records requires numerous phone calls and emails to accomplish. Just another example of why we have found dental care elsewhere.

I wouldn't go back here if someone paid me. I got three teeth pulled and a stich and they told me that I would be okay with not even 800MG of IB. They sent me home with 400MG and that was after I put up a stink! The lady who pulled my teeth seemed like it was her first time ever doing the procedure the way my gums feel raw, the pliers got smashed into my other teeth (Lets home there isn't any long term damage from that alone) and then had to stich me up after telling me it was a "fairly easy extraction"!!!!!!!!!!! I thought this place was going to be the new saving grace in our town, but NOPE! I won't be going back and I suggest if you want to be treated with respect and not profiled, you don't either. Thanks for reading!

(I wouldn't even give them one star if I didn't have too!!!!)

I just transferred from another office to RVI Dental. I was very happy with my whole experience. The hygienist Sarah was great she was very patient and answered all of my questions and concerns. The Doctor also was very helpful and did not overwhelm me with prices instead took the time to go over a plan that could work for me financially. So I could be able to have the treatment I needed done. Over all i was very happy with my visit.
