Excellent company! Was very tough to find good windows contractors, but we are so glad we chose these guys. They got back to us right away, we set up a consultation and before long made a contract. Very thorough, very knowledgeable, and ready to answer any questions we had. No doublespeak, no badgering, no gimmicks, just honest assessment and clear details. Seamless! The workers came out on time, did a beautiful installation fairly quickly, removed all the waste and soon we had new, expertly done windows. RWC was friendly, and helpful throughout. It's like dealing with a small mom and pop shop, even though they are a Windows giant! The level of professionalism, courtesy, and customer care threw us for a loop since we had been dealing with a lot of less than stellar contractors. Whether you've got a large scale or moderate scale window project, RWC provides the highest quality at a reasonable price (especially for NJ...ugh). Placed them on our speed dial, because this was a seamless process. Hard to believe companies like this still exist, ones that treat you like a neighbor and give you their best quality. Give them a call, you will be glad you did!

Our experience with RWC was excellent. From the first time we walked into there showroom till the last day when the job was completed. Our salesperson Joe was never pushy took his time to show us all the necessary products to complete our bathroom renovation offering us suggestions on what to do. It was pleasure to have everything we needed at the one location, and not have to go to numerous stores. Ashley never missed a step letting us know in advance the schedule. The job was started on the date we agreed on and ended on time. Each crew member that came in to complete his part of the project was professional, friendly, and made sure our house was clean before they left, They also offered suggestions to our project from there past experiences on other projects they completed. Pete the construction person, and Pete the plumber were extremely helpful, along with Dave who completed the electrical work just to name a few who worked at our house. I strongly recommend RWC, and I thank all of them for a job well done

As my in-laws do not have a Google acct they asked me to be sure to post their review on RWC. Very pleased with RWC professional work, quality products and pricing. A true find in the world of contractors. A+

3 years ago i needed to have one of my double-hung windows repaired. it had gone soft in the frame and would not stay open. i didn't know who to call so my wife suggested i look up the company that installed the windows; but that was 15 years earlier (1998). i still had the paperwork from when they installed 35 windows in our house. i figured what the heck, might as well give them a call. Not only did they remember me, but they came out the next day and repaired the window - no charge. as far as i know, the windows were no longer under warranty. Fast forward till this week - i needed to replace our two storms doors. My wife once again suggested i try Replacement Window. so once again i went back into the archives to find the original paperwork from the windows to find the phone number. Funny - after 19 years they still have the same phone number. they moved from Pollock Avenue in Jersey City out to a nice showroom in West Caldwell. my wife and i took a drive out to the West Caldwell location. We first met with Ashley, who began to show us around; when i mentioned Replacement Window did our windows 19 years ago she called for her brother - Eric. It was amazing to see the same guy who helped put in the windows 19 years ago still there, running the family-owned business with his sister Ashley. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to upgrade doors and windows; and after they complete the storm doors on our house we will also offer them an opportunity to upgrade our bathroom. 19 years and still a great experience!

I can’t begin to tell you about the pleasant experience that we had dealing with RWC. Right from day one meeting with Joe Giampapa at the showroom. Joe had spent several hours, working with my wife designing our master bathroom. He showed us several different options that would fit within our price range. At no time was there ever any pressure felt. The plans, quote and work phases that Joe had provided were well defined in writing. Once the work had started I can’t say enough about the project manager Ashley. Her constant communication with updates and work phase completions throughout the project were the best. The work crews that were sent were polite, neat and meticulous with their work. The project was completed on time. I work definitely recommend RWC for any of your remodeling needs.
