This little gem of a community is conveniently located off of US27 with great access to Disney and lots of other great amenities including shopping and dining.

Aside from the location, the customer service and attention to detail truly create a value that goes far beyond "money".  Awesome job, Team Lakes At Lucern!

Carmen at the sales center was very helpful and prompt with answers. Looks like a great location.

Located between Orlando and Tampa off I-4 and HWY 27 puts you at a 30mins drive from the Theme parks.  The city is on a chain of lakes, has excellent park system and new public library.  The downtown Winter Haven area has been restored and its a beautiful place to spend time. Lots of restaurants & Legoland. Overall great place to call home!
