The entire experience was pleasant, from the initial evaluation to the day on installation. We replaced our 27 year old furnace and also had central air installed. Compared to the another large carrier distributor/installer, Ryan Inc was more informative without pressure to sign up. They gave me the options to choose and emailed three proposals the following day. Great service and very professional.

Ryan Inc. is surely one of the most professional businesses that my husband and I have ever dealt with. From the very first visit when Patrick Ryan slipped on surgical booties before even  entering our home, we knew that we were dealing with people who truly cared about their customers. We had our entire HVAC system removed and replaced with a geothermal system that has performed fabulously. Everyone in the company was responsive and courteous and every unexpected challenge was met with a "can do" attitude. We would highly recommend Ryan Inc. for any project you are considering.

Do not recommend!!! Horrible consumer service.  I should of realized when I  originally called.  But I needed to get an Electrician to my job.  As the saying goes “you pay for what you get” especially  “when you are in a pickle”    I actually told them what I needed done in a retail store.  She informed me that they  charge $99  Plus Tax, for a  diagnostic fee and it would be taken off,  if job was accepted., & $99. an hour. , plus material.   The So called Electrician arrived at the job and  told me that he would add a circuit  breaker and the price was $541 plus tax.  I was taken back to put it mildly.  The breaker is $65.00 and that is on the high end.  It takes all of 15 minutes to put the breaker in.  This company must make their money charging the Diagnostic fees all day, because no one in their right mind would pay for their service.  The reviews that say they are the greatest must be from themselves.

Our family had a very good overall experience with Ryan. We had two new geothermal units installed and the workmanship exceeded my expectations. Ryan also installed a whole house generator and new hot water heater. Any minor issues we have had were handled promptly through their courteous customer service department. I would recommend Ryan without reservation.

We just converted from oil to gas and we were very happy with everything they did. They removed our oil tank, replaced our boiler and water heater and they did it in a timely and professional manner. They did an excellent job in cleaning up afterwards also. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I will definitely use them again in the future!
