I was going there for over a year.  Stop going because of food stains on my dress shirts (some was eating while ironing my shirts) and while I was waiting to drop off /  picking up clothes the clerk took a person ahead of me that just arrived at the store.

Horrible. A  simple stitch to be made for a clasp and the dress comes back stained and damaged. Will not ever go back.

They ruined a brand new men's Alfani dress shirt, only 20 days old. Got it at Macy's, on sale, for $25. This is really inexpensive price for a men's dress shirt. I'm currently working with them to get reimbursed. They offered me a % on a new shirt worn once. If it was a year old, fine. I'm a 10 year loyal customer & get treated poorly on my very 1st claim. I hope they realize how much competition is out there.
