We came to rent a truck and the trucks were not rental ready. Missing keys on one , waited on that conclusion for about 20 min. And then they offered another but that one was flat. Poor desk girl at counter had no help from management. He was just sitting in his comfy chair barging with customers for items on his truck services. Corporate needs to come down and see all this poor management.
