I just want to start off with how unprofessional this business is. I have never dealt with such a rude “professional” in my life. Jazz was the sales rep and he was completely disrespectful. I was under the impression sales reps wanted to make money.....I would not recommend this place to buy a vehicle.

Worst experience ever. I went and show the truck started the finance process with my lender they took for even to get the information to the lender and didn’t give me the information that I requested till this day called 2 twice a week to see when is getting funded and the sales manager Jazz and sales person Noe never return calls and rep always tells you they are busy with customers and when you go there the office is always empty. AFTER THE TRUCK WAS FUNDED THEY KEPT IT FOR 3 DAYS FIRST DAY THEY DIDNT NO RETURN CALL AND 2ND DAY I CALLED THEM 5 TIME THEY WERE BUSY ALL DAY AND THEY FINALY MADE AND APPOINTMENT FOR THE 3RD DAY AND WHEN MY SPOUSE WENT TO GET THE TRUCK JAZZ WASNT THERE AND THEY DIDNT NOW RELEASE THE TRUCK 2 HOURS LATER THEY CALLED BACK TO SEE IF HE CAN COME BACK TO GET THE TRUCK. THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ….. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH RYDER AGAIN.
