Rye House Port Chester is an American craft bistro and bar specializing in a regionally influenced approach to American cuisine, craft cocktails and American whiskey. We maintain an expansive offering of small batch American whiskies as well as spirits from all over the world in addition to an All-American line-up of craft beer & wine. We value hospitality above all else and have created a casual yet sophisticated setting and service style to make our guests feel as comfortable as possible.
The menu, helmed by Chef Chris Colom, draws influence from the regional cuisines found across the American landscape. Classic recipes from the Southeast, Southwest, Heartland and Rust Belt combine ethnic influences and are reinterpreted for a modern setting. The food showcases the best ingredients available with a strong commitment to local sourcing.
A carefully curated beverage program, featuring a selection of American small batch whiskies, craft beers and wines, complement the elevated American cuisine. The large spirits list features Rye, Bourbon, and Scotch whiskies, in addition to tequilas, mezcals, rums, gins and vodkas which are highlighted in a progressive cocktail menu developed in conjunction with the Rye House NYC beverage team. A dozen American craft beers are on tap and wines, all offered by the bottle and glass, highlight top American wineries from the Finger Lakes, Columbia Valley, and Napa Valley.
