It's not the food that bothers me here, It's the ridiculous prices.  Paying $16-$17 for a tiny sandwich on a regular slice of wheat bread?  Not to mention the last 2 times I've been there and ordered sandwiches to go, I got home and they forgot to putt he dressing on the sandwich.  Once I can understand but twice come on.  It's a hard sell when there are a bunch of great Italian delis in the area that will give you almost double the sandwich for half the price.  Hell the burgers are 16 bucks and they're 8oz.  Step your game up and you wouldn't have such a terrible average rating.

Rude waiter. The old woman should not be working the restaurant.  She needs to go learn some customer service skills.  We ordered to go and changed our minds and she came by barking at us.

Delicious food, the corned beef hash is so good.

Terrible service and extremely slow. 

Waited over 20 mins for them to make 2 sandwiches for a takeout.

Multiple people behind counter wandering around and reluctant to make any eye contact with you so you can place an order.

Not worth it. Will never return.
