I cannot in good in conscience recommend this place. You could smell the animals from outside. When I went upstairs where they keep the cats I almost lost my lunch when I opened the door. This is NOT a safe place for animals.

I adopted my precious kitty on Monday. I took him to the vet the following morning and came home with a $300 bill along with five different medications to treat the diseases he was diagnosed with. The diseases were upper respiratory virus, ear mites, diarrhea, fever, and an infestation of fleas. I tried to contact the shelter because I was curious about the measures they plan on taking to give these animals the proper care and treatment they deserve, but they did not answer the phone despite my calling several times a day for several days. Had I known that this organization is so disorganized and the animals are not receiving proper care, I would not have adopted from here, and I never will again. Take precautions if you plan on adopting from this shelter.
