Although I have never heard of this company before, today I discovered that a preliminary notice was filed against my property for "work" they supposedly did on my property nine months ago.  I have had no work done on my property by anyone for years.  I only discovered the notice because I am selling the property and it showed up in the title report.  I called this company and only got an answering device.  I don't know what they were trying to pull, but I would be wary of them.
