poor followup and empty promises. We have purchased flooring several times from S&G and had great service. This recent purchase of new flooring failed with our showroom rep failing to submit our order and causing a 1 week delay. After talking to manager Bill who promised to check the delivery, he passed off the responsibility and failed to follow up. As a result no call that product was delivered. After 2nd call to manager everything was synced up and installation completed. Not likely to do business with S&G rancho office anymore and will look at other suppliers. Say what you are going to do and do what you say! New staff and new manager, need to learn customer service and follow up.

Have received unparalleled customer service from this location. Brittany worked with us from our initial "looking around" all the way through the installation of our carpet. We are working with her again on carpet for another property. She is the reason we won't be going anywhere else. Even when she isn't available, we have always received the best customer service you could ask for.
