Ms Charboneau is sharp, fast, and accurate. She was referred to me by a prof. at NSU.
She keeps up on current tax law and that becomes more important as my life progresses. 
The thing I like best about her is; if she doesn't know the answer to something she isn't afraid to admit it and she gets online or on the phone and finds out what the answer is. 
She is the first person to to admit how quickly things are changing and she likes to verify and double check every year on what the new tax codes and laws are. 
I count on her to save every penny she can for me because I need it. She saved me hundreds last year which far outweighed her fee. It was well worth it.  
She gave me an attractive, organized packet that I was able to put it in my file cabinet. I could retrieve copies of any information whenever I required it.
