Called for price on a common job common truck, guy in phone put in no effort to help me went ahhh silence ahhh nothing comes up under chevy exspress 3500 5.7 I said well some parts systems call it an express and some commercial cassis but its the same motor i can give the pump part number... Ahhhh silence again then you got the vin Not right here its in the truck Ahhh yhen a pause a minute later I guess you should get the vin Ik ill do that. Its the pump that goes in under the fuel tank you dont have to drop it. And id like to replace the relay also but ill get the vin sonyou can find your price. Thx s lot appreciate it. Ya His tone, lack of wsnting to help and verbage we screaming "i hate my job, please dont make me fix your truck, and i hope he doesnt call back".

These folks are problem solvers who treat you like you matter. Their service is honest, great communication, and thorough work. They were very patient as I explained the problems with non-technical terms and noises, then solved a problem 3 other mechanics had missed over 6 trips to 3 different repair places! I will highly recommend them.
