We called S&S yesterday afternoon to perform some electrical circuit installation work for us.  S&S stated they could take care of it for us by the end of the next day.  S&S called us the next day (today) at 4pm EST and instead of calling to let us know everything was done, they were calling to tell us they had some jobs run over and they weren't going to be able to complete the work at all.  I asked what could be done to make sure this got done today as they had committed to this and it was bad business to not even try.  The attendant who called to let us know they wouldn't be able to do what they committed to, referred me to her supervisor Mario and gave me his cell.  She said if anyone could make a decision to resolve this, it would be him.  I called Mario, got his voicemail, left a message detailing what happened and what we needed, and asked him to call me back.  I never got a call back.  I would highly recommend against using S&S based on my experience.  You are only as good as your word and if you commit to something good customer service dictates coming up with a solution, not simply telling your customer "too bad".
