Costumer service communication was ungrateful. Ordered rice with chicken as the menu said and got in return rice and pork? Which was never mentioned or seen on menu. Not to mention they where forcing me to take it?! I was glad to pay the plate to not make a commotion. Who would want to eat where there is negative vibes? To conclude this horrible experience plates are overpriced and at checkout they personally take there tip themselves leaving the customer without a choice or warning even if your experience was as bad as mine? I do not recommend dinning at this place if your trying to have a good time coming from a Colombian person myself.  Dietary restrictions: Clear specific menu options

Huge serving sizes! Also if you don’t speak Spanish they have some English on the menus, and my waiter spoke English with me.  I ordered their breakfast platter and had to take some to go because of how much food was on it.  Small but cozy interior and lots to eat.

Good food, reasonable prices, but terrible customer service. This morning by the phone the lady was rude, and when we got there to pick up the order, the waitress was not polite at all, showing really bad attitude. Definitely I’ll never visit this place again.

My family and I really enjoyed the food here and my kids loved eating outside! I wish i would've come sooner since I've been walking past it for years now! I got a steak and cheese sandwich on tostones with a coconut lemonade drink that was super yummy! We will be back :

I’m expecting a “Muchas gracias por tu comentario, ¡cada día mejoraremos más!”  Mejor no digas nada si vas a dar la misma respuesta y veo que esa copia ha durado un poco de tiempo. Anyway I’ll say what has been said before- the service was barely passable and food did not justify the price and certainly not the treatment. Something passing off as a cappuccino and a second cup of something more closely resembling cappuccino- both watery, cold platanos, cold arepas and pork belly, barely warmed, that felt like it had been left on the side of a griddle for too long. The hot chocolate and my mom’s eggs was their one saving grace if not for that I would’ve given them 1  A note on the service: Serving isn’t for everyone, the man was dismissive and didn’t do the best job of hiding his irritation at my mother and grandmother’s remarks on their coffee. I’m from upstate NY so coming back isn’t all that probable, there is no next time I’m just here to the inform people

Food was delicious and tasty. Waiter were so helpful in explaining us each item and there fresh water were so delicious. I would definitely reccomend this place.Food: 5/5

Good food, Great staff, Average prices. Could get a little too busy at times.

Food was ok, but beware of the natural juices prices are crazy!! Ordered an orange and carrots juice they gave me an orange juice wit a hint of carrots and charged me $8.00. also they could be a bit more attentive to customers.

I've never had the food here other than empanadas and a couple baked goods a while ago. However, I went there a few days ago with a relative only to see this: [picture attached]. If you choose to ignore the presence of cockroaches, I can tell you about the service and place itself. The decorations inside are pretty and they have a couple TVs for entertainment. Space is extremely limited, as the counter space takes up almost half of the restaurant not kidding. Service has never been fast for me. Please be safe if you choose to eat here and I would advise against eating from the bakery section!
