As a business owner and a fire technician I find dealing with them is absolutley absurd.Tthey do not return phone calls, they do not return e-mails, and they will transefer you to a line that just rings, rings, and rings forever with no chance for a voicemail.. We have been trying to purchase back flow tags for 3 weeks now at the total cost of $500.00. I'm paying them! And they still wont even get in touch with our business. This is waste of the taxpayers money, and a huge waste of time for anybody trying to do any kind of business with them. I would much rather slit my wrist's than have to go through this again.
