I have been going to location (Sunny) works (next door since side by side spots) and every time I go in he gives me a different price for same exact work and design and higher each time. When called him out on it he continued to argue with me and I showed him proof from my last few transactions that showed exact amount I said to him. He then spoke his language and sister came over that it was because my nails were long (at first) which were same length from two weeks ago then said it was design which I had been GOING TO HIM for almost 2 months. I gave them a break and decided to go in just get nails polished and design he told me $45 when I have only paid $55 in the past!! What the heck...

So glad I found this place!!! Sactown Nail Spa was so sweet and welcoming, she offered water or coffee as soon as I got there. And I could tell she is a professional from the first second, and I am very very picky with my nails. She explained to me the whole sterilization process, and I'll never look at nail salon the same.They even gave me the file to take home, or they'll throw it out in front of you!If you want your nails done perfectly by someone who cares and will do the absolute best- she's your girl!

I dont know why people like this place, but it is mostly the ratchet ones who dont know good quality and service. I come here about once every 4 or 5 months when my nail lady (at a better shop) is unavailable. Everytime I come here they give me to the laziest person who doesnt know how to do nails, then everybody stares at me the whole time like their waiting for me to complain. The lady that sits in the front in the shop on the left side needs to be fired. She doesnt know how to do nails and when I told her that my square shape was crooked, she told me to file myself. What the nerve, isnt that what I'm paying you for? She didnt even clip the little lifts in the corners of my nais before she filled them, now isnt this how we get that green fungus on our nails.On top of that, she painted my toes in her lap at her station and filed the nails on one foot, but didnt file the other foot, and the polish on my feet looks like a 5 year old painted them. I only paid 20 for the fill and my toes painted is why I didnt show my ass and embarass the whole shop. If the lady in the front doesnt like to file and do nice nails why is she there? Ladies save your money and go to Superior Nails on El Camino and Fulton, they are the best in Sac and they take pride in their work and services, and they dont let you leave if your not happy with their work until its right. My full set from them lasts a month, just fiberglass, no gel at that. If I could give no stars to sactown nails I would. If I get fungus onder these nails I will be filing a suit for negligence because being that the technicians are licensed, they should know what This palce is more like Wactown nails and they need to be shut down.
