This is the best bar in Alpine. It's rare that I go to Alpine and don't visit this place. The atmosphere is great. No distracting TVs, just good food and drink, and fun people.

Great bar and an inventive kitchen. We always stop at the Saddle Club whenever we are in Alpine. Definitely one of our Go To restaurants.

Good as it gets.  Not one of those good as it gets in x town. Truly a  fantastic place that would dominate in any market.

It's always great to go into a place and everyone knows who you are. That is the Beauty West Texas. Saddle Club is the icing on the cake. It's my Cheers!

We stopped here on a recommendation from our local hotel.  I knew something was wrong hen we walked in and just kind of stood there while several employees walked back and forth in a hurry and didn't even acknowledge our existence.  After asking the bartender, they suggested we just pick a table and sit down.  After 7 more minutes of waiting as employees walked by, one finally noticed us.  We ordered what we thought was a safe bet... two "burgers of the week"... after 20 minutes, still no burgers.  The cook walked by and apologized that she had burned the buns and would get them out soon.  The burger was nothing special and two burgers ($15 each) with 2 lemonades was well over $40!!!!  Needless to say, I cant recommend this place at all.
