When I think of classical New Mexican food, I think of Sadie's. The food has a bite and is fairly hot, but is really good. The helpings are generous. Chips and salsa are really good. I've had hot food other places in the country, but it is usually just hot without any flavor. Fortunately, Sadie's strikes a good balance of flavor with hotness. For anyone looking to get a taste of true New Mexican food, stop by.

Delicious local food. They have great prices and large serving sizes. The only problem we had is that drink prices are not given in the menu and we were quoted the wrong price for our margarita.

Friendly and helpful staff. Food is delicious, although the chilies are hotter than I'm used to; but then I AM in the Southwest. :-) Overall a great place to eat.

Wow! Great New Mexican food. The chili sauce is the best I've tasted and the portions are large! Looking forward to my leftovers for lunch tomorrow ( : The service is also outstanding. Don was my waiter and he was so polite and helpful with my selection. I chose the chicken enchilada meal. So good...
