I have been on hold for 1 1/2 hours waiting to make an appointment and no one has picked up so that I can make an appointment. I have been with Dr. Sioma since 2001 and I never had this problem of being on hold when he was in the York area. It's a shame that they don't have enough of people to answer the phone.

I would give this place no stars if it we're an option!! I took my daughters here to have their teeth cleaned and x-rayed...when cleaning my 9 year old daughter's teeth the hygenist asked her why her front tooth was loose and she replied that her little brother punched her in the mouth when they were fighting...Not that it's okay, but we ALL know siblings fight. The hygenist didn't really say anything but the very next day I received a phone call from Children and Youth stating that they received reports of "supervision issues" regarding my daughter's loose tooth!! If only the hygenist would have asked me, even though it ISN'T any of her business, she'd have known that they were BOTH fighting with each other when it occurred and they were BOTH made to sit and write 50x's each that they will "keep their hands to theirself"...I will NOT be taking any of my 5 children back to this place, nor will I be going back myself!!

Went for a physical and they only checked my heart, although I thought I had diabetes at the time. My husband went for dental and they never even cleaned his teeth.

This place sucks!!!! They make you wait for everything. They make you make appointment for different symptoms can't check you in one visit. Finding another doc.

Called 3 weeks ago and was on hold for 45 minutes, left a message. No return phone call,  but I get an automated call this morning saying I needed to make an appointment. Was on hold for 1.5 hours today before someone picked up and hung up. Ridiculous.
