My family and I are very pleased with the accommodating  management and friendly staff as well as with the cleanliness of the property. We've been clients for just under a month but feel like long time friends when entering or exiting the property because we always get a friendly wave from staff. This seems to bleed off on to other clients as well and everyone seems to be in a delightful mood. Another thing I'd like to mention is the sense of security when you see the management and staff patrolling the premises throughout the day. Now I've never been at my unit for as long as a day however, the time I've spent on the grounds I have witnessed the safeguard. As long as my family has storage needs, we are comforted in knowing our property is safe and secure with Saf Keep Storage!

Well managed storage.  I was a long term business tenant and I was satisfied with the arrangement until it was time to vacate.  Saf keep offers "free" use of a company moving truck we had scheduled and written confirmation weeks in advance.  When the day came, a "manager" that I never once dealt with in seven years time, arbitrarily refused to provide the truck to my driver.  He insisted on insurance documentation that could have easily been provided for several weeks, but not at last minutes notice!   This was a total scam, completely dishonest, and no way to treat a loyal customer at the conclusion of our contract.  I had to scramble to get out on time without a truck.  So beware, they are good at first, and will help you move in, but they sour in the end when its time to go. Like in "storage wars" the end could be abrupt and costly for the tenant.

I have had storage units all over the peninsula and even in 2 different states. This was the friendliest place I have ever been. The Asst manager was helpful and friendly.  Her assistant took me to see the unit. We rode in a golf cart. So much better then walking around. Some of these places are huge. 
The facility was neat and clean. There was even a truck I could borrow on the day of my move. And last but not least I won a candy bar on their wheel of fortune. What better service could you ask for. 

As for price it was pretty comparable to the ones around the area.  If your looking for storage check them out on the internet. I think you will be happy with there facility. Also easy access for getting a vehicle/truck in and out. Some are real difficult.

I was referred by a friend but did my homework first.  I visited two other storage facilities in the area but Saf Keep/Del Rey Oaks was far and away the best. Robert the manager was super friendly and helpful showing me several units, and when I mentioned that stairs would be difficult for me, he was able to find me an affordable ground unit. Jacquie at the front desk was very friendly and knowledgable. They really want your business and are very focused on customer service. They had a good move-in promotion, the place is clean and secure with easy access, and I even "won" a $10 Costco gift card in their new customer promotion.  I'm glad I'm there.

so i paid my bill 6-16-16 and printed up a receipt saying i was paid up until 7-8-16.
So i receive an email receipt the 6-24 -16 or 6- 25-16 saying again i was paid up.
Then two days later i get another email saying that my payment was voided and that i would have to again pay plus any late fees i incurred during that time.
So ill be paying my storage rent and even if they don't stick me with late fees
I will be cleaning out my unit and never using them again
