We stayed here for two days while visiting Kemah and the Magical Christmas lights. It was just ok. When we arrived right behind us was some men working on a pickup, which is not a problem. The problem was all weekend long we had to hear them revving their truck engine over and over Saturday and Sunday. Also there was some other guy in a black dually who liked to fishtail around the corners in front of our spot. Woke Saturday morning to the pitiful yapping of a small dog tied up or pinned up outside I'm guess. Came back to our RV Saturday night to the police was at the park. The price is very nice but I can't say we'd stay again.

Cute little park but terrible terrible, no good, awful roads full of potholes. There's no excuse for having the roads on that property so bad!

Management was very helpful and friendly Sites are well kept with covered picnic table, ample shade. Highly recommend

I love it here! The prices are better than surrounding areas, the sites are level, it's quiet, nice neighbors, the laundromat is clean, and staff is helpful! There is a 24 hr pager number and after office hours the manager gets back to you in record time. I hung up, my phone rang...end of story. I could go on, but you get the point. Fantastic place to stay; or if you choose, settle permanently.

Great location in town, easy access to shopping and restaurants. Walking distance. Nice people that run the place and friendly neighbors.
