The beautiful woman at the front dest was extremely helpful. She helped me get the right size storage unit and I feel satisfied. I have had no problems and have a different out look in storage facilities now. Thanks guys. Good job! Im sorry about the nasty hag loosing her wallet and giving you a bad rating because of it. At least her stuff was safe and secure. Good job again.. 4 years she was safe and only problem was her paying her bill on time. Not even 1 star for each year she was safe?.. I'll make sure I do my best to stay ontop of my bills. Thanks..

Teresa was very helpful and worked with me when it came time to move out.  My brother had left some paint and trash on the floor.  She allowed him to clean it and then didn't charge me a fee.  She was great to work with.  If I ever need storage again I would definitely rent from them.

When I wanted a storage unit, Brenda made it unbelievably easy. My friends and I needed a place to set up a few instruments, and she told us that it wouldn't be a problem at all; they're not really close to a lot of things, and we could be as noisy as we wanted. She is such a sweetheart, and after reading the reviews below, it sounds like she treats everyone with the same respect and kindness. In July, I thought I had paid my bill, but I got a call from their corporate offices saying that I was past-due. I called the office on enterprise court and explained what was happening, where Brenda told me she would personally figure it out for me. She stayed up late and went through every single day of their July records to check and see if my specific credit card number had been processed that day. She assured me that it hadn't, and I was able to pay them. If she hadn't have been so understanding and patient, the belongings in my unit could have been auctioned. 
The prices of the units are very reasonable, also; we were able to get a 10x10 climate-controlled unit for only $100 a month. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of a storage unit.
