I was very extremely satisfied with the customer service, that I received from the employee at the storage facility. She went above and beyond to help me. Great job !!

Staff is great! Very helpful, work with you on determining needs for storage and large of unit to rent. Pricing is reasonable. Facility is always clean inside and around premises. Gate seems to breakdown often, but this reviewer has never experience any security issues.

NEVER AGAIN!   Very disappointed.  Don't use this facility.   We make use of storage for work regularly and will NEVER use this company again!

We needed storage for about a three month period to store completed work while our customers home was being restored.  We rented three units as they did not have a large space available.  

The facility is in poor condition.  It's dirty and the access is difficult for loading and unloading.   There is 'junk' all over the property making driving in and out difficult.   The parking for the offic is terrible as well.  

The kicker is that we were one day late getting checked out.   ONE DAY.   I had intended to return yesterday to complete checking out but was delayed performing a job for the Univerisity of Kentucky Gatton College of Business.  So...I return this morning and get hit with a bill for $435.92.  That's right.   After paying without delay for months, our reward was to pay in full for the next month on three units.   

Customer service is dead here.  

We will drive further to our former facility despite the logistics.   

If I treated my customers like this, we wouldn't have the success that we have.

Roof leaked and ruined lots of stuff. Insurance did not cover replacement. They told me to sue the storage facility.
