I had a problem with flickering lights in my kitchen. I called safeway electric and they got someone there right away. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me a reasonable quote and explained the issue. I agreed to it and the problem was fixed on the spot! I appreciate the prompt attention and honesty, and the fact that they were able to fix my problem without breaking the bank. Would definitely call them again if i have another issue

Wow Safe-Way Electric located in chino has now been in business for 17 years . We specialize in same day and emergency electrical service work for your home or business. Our Goal is to provide professional service in a caring manner. All of our electricians are State Certified Residential and or Commercial Journeymen Electricians by the Contractor State License Board, they have also passed a criminal background check performed by Contractor State License Board.

I can't believe the price I was quoted to hang a light fixture over the dining table that was already pre wired. I was quoted $450 which is absolutely obsurd and a rip off. After reading the reviews that were left I realized that I needed to do my part and tell people the truth and saw other people felt thy were robbed based off pricing. Although the staff is friendly, call someone else and take your business elsewhere. The guy that I hired from another company just came in and installed my light quoted me $89 over the phone based off what I told him and when he got here he completed the job in 15 min and told me it will be less, he charged me $60 and I tipped him and extra $40 for being such a stand up honest electrician. So again, $450 versus $60, hmmmm... be an honest company and maybe you'll get more clients. If you feel you aren't hurting and you have plenty clients, wait until the upset customers like me speak up and let everyone know how much BS your prices are. Also to all people who might be interested in hiring this company based off their reviews, a few of them are from their own employees as they talk about how great their company is. These so called 5 star reviews are false as they are left by employees, not actual customers! - Bad business and total RIP OFF!!!!!

The field supervisor was nice, but your quote was unreasonable and robbery!!

Install customer supplied fan with remote in dining room and install two coach lights in the courtyard totalled to $817.14.  Really, this is just nuts.  Plus to add salt on the whole experience I had to pay the contractor $89.00 for a service quote that took less than 10 minutes.  

I feel robbed and really disappointed.  I'm going to give this company a negative write up in yelp and anywhere else I can complain.

Update:  I'm late with this update - the owner of the business did call me and refunded the service fee.  I wanted to thank him and his company for the fast follow-up and asking me about the issues in a very sincere and honest manner.
