I went to Safeco looking for dead bolt locks to replace the three in my house that were not working properly.  Joseph helped me and I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Joseph showed up on time, installed the locks and re-keyed my existing locks to match the new locks. I am very satisfied with my new locks and the professionalism of Joseph. The last thing anyone wants to deal with once they get home from work on a Friday afternoin is an uncooperative front door lock. I quickly did a search of locksmiths in my area and was lucky to have found Joseph. He was courteous, good natured, expedient in getting to us, professional and very well priced. I would highly recommend him when life locks you out.

I had to deal with a parents worst nightmare, having your toddler locked inside the house while you are outside helpless! I had told my neighbor to call any locksmith and he called Joseph. He came right away, less than 5 min and when I told him my son was inside he stayed calm and was very professional. He was able to open the door with no problem and I got to go inside to my 2 yr old . I'm so happy he came and helped me out. definitely recommend him and will save his number . Thanks Joseph!!!
