I'm pretty much old school - so things like cleanliness of the facility,  ease of access and transactions, efficiency of the employees, and respectful customer service, are important to me.  I have NO HESITATION in giving Ben and Dan 5 stars.  Their level of customer service - whether on the phone or in person - is exceptional!  The facility, too, has exceeded my expectations!  I hope that Safeguard Self Storage realizes the gems they have in Ben and Dan as employees. Their value needs to be acknowledged and compensated for.  Good employees are hard to come by these days!  I have, and will continue, to recommend Safeguard Self Storage based on this.

Extraordinarily convenient storage solution. The managers spare no effort to keep the storage experience efficient. Very safe location, with solid security, and well maintained common areas. 

2 large garage doors make load transfer a breeze, no matter what size vehicle and load you have. 

Let's face it, moving your belongings is tough, and you'll have a happy time of it if you use Holmdel safeguard self-storage.

This was my first experience with self storage so I wasn't sure what to expect or how safe I would feel being there and keeping my valuables there. But from our first introduction, the people were very helpful, friendly and answered all my questions. The facility itself was comfortable, clean and secure. I felt that everyone went above and beyond expectations to make sure I had a good experience. Sometimes when I needed something, they'd offer a better or less expensive alternative. I appreciated that everyone was pleasant to speak with and I always felt that my belongings were safe. The surrounding area is also nice so if you're looking for a well-priced self-storage unit with great staff and a nice location, this is it.

Elevator was acting out at the time of the move.  It was after 6pm so there was no one available to help us. The other elevator worked. Later after 45 mins. the troubled elevator went 
to work. Anyway I can't deny the 2 men esp . Daniel was excellent and helpful. I never met Ben but he seemed nice on the phone accommodating. Thank you.

Dear Safeguard,
Being it was my first time needing storage, I didn't know what to expect. Well the Managers, Ben and Dan, at the Holmdel location really put my mind at ease. They were extremely knowledgeable, patient and truly seemed to care. I've never, in my life, received such awesome customer service, from the day I rented, to the day I vacated. Kudos to those guys. They represent your company well! Will definitely spread the word, and if I need storage again, I know where I'm going! A million thanks!
