incredibly helpful and swift.  The woman who worked behind the counter ( I forgot her name that quick sorry) really Helped me and my husband procure an unit so that we could move!!! She was so friendly and the rates were so cheap we were just astounded at the service. Definitely would put anything in this storage again!11

Jill was awesome, she went above and beyond. Excellent service I couldn't ask for anyone better to assist me to getting my first storage. Defitely advice anyone who ever wants a storage to come to safe storage. From answering the phone , I knew I had to try it out. Well worth it and the price is great. Best costumer service skills I had in a long time. Can't thanks her enough.

Wasn't crazy about this place. It wasn't air conditioned, there were bugs, and despite me already having and showing proof of renters insurance , they still charged me to get their insurance and never removed it from the bill. I requested it multiple times and they said they would reimburse me and never did. I recommend you look elsewhere for better service at similar pricing.

Heidi and Jill made a very difficult time for my family and I an extremely pleasant experience. I will definitely recommend Safeguard to friends and family.

The ladies in the office are awesome. They have Great  customer service and knowledge of the units and recommended  some awesome products to accommodate my storage needs.  The facility as well and the property was super clean. I totally recommend this storage facility for all your moving and storage needs.
