Tim gave me a competitive quote and explained everything in detail.  They contacted the village about reimbursement programs and went above what I expected.  The men that did the work were professional, fast and very clean.  They insisted on cleaning everything up to the way they found it.  A great experience with something I was dreading having done.  I will be having them do sewer work very soon!

John is great. He gave me an honest assessment of what he would do if he owned the house. In my case he actually recommended the cheaper option which to me says a lot about how he does business. He could have screwed me over and recommended the more expensive solution, right?
