They are my new goto for auto glass. I called the national number and that person was very helpful and professional. I was contacted the day of the appointment by the technician. He was on time and very professional and personable. I would highly recommend them.

Worst service ever! Said they would be here between 8-12. Got a call at 9 am asking if I would meet him in a different town. Isn't the whole point of safelite is that they can come to you?! Didn't show up until 2:30. The best part- the technician made my chip/crack WORSE than before he came! He had a piss poor attitude the whole time and you could tell he didn't want to be there. Never giving them my business again and I definitely won't recommend them!
