Their phones go to a call center. Lost that local feeling. Sad but true.

They dropped me off at home while my windshield was being replaced, then brought the vehicle to me when it was done. (Since it was bad weather and they couldn't just use my driveway)

The technician came to my location and replaced my windshield. Due to some trouble with the dealer part and a few reschedules, it took over a week to get my windshield installed. They made it right by giving me a discount, which was unexpected but awesome. Thanks!
