Good store, clean and really nice staff. One issue, however, is the fact that there are a lot of expired good throughout the store. I think an effort is being made to eradicate this problem, but not fast enough. Since Sobeys took over the franchise the prices have gone up and what they call a deal has been diluted. Also, Safeway had per gram or per liter pricing on their price tags. This has been slowly reduced by Sobeys (clearly deliberately) as it makes the shopping experience too fair for consumers, I suspect.

They offer a really good customer service. Two weeks ago I went there with my boyfriend and we forgot two of the bags with food the lady try to reach us but we were too far already. When we go back they offer us to take the things we left!! Really nice of them :)

Good prices! The deli ladies are super rude and I don't understand how they get away with it.... I love feeling like an idiot after ordering a sandwich!

The bakery in not at the same level of Save on Foods and Superstore, the overall experience is lacking refinement and well being perception. For example looking at AGA Foods in Dundarave this Safeway branch is quite stone age. At least, we have something nearby.
