This is the No. 1 store I go to for grocery shopping for the past 13 years. Large variety of selections, frequent sales, clean and comfortable environment, and nice staff. One thing to improve is to add a self check-out facility.

I AM GOING TO AVOID THIS STORE FOR A LONG TIME. Simply because the humiliation and insults I had to face when I went to return an item. I bought a skin toner for my wife from here which my wife had already bought for herself, so I went to return it. I did not open it, I did not use it. At the store, Mr. GREG volunteered to help me, only to let me know he cannot take it back as it is not factory-sealed. To which I politely replied that it is how I bought it, I haven’t opened it myself. But he insisted (quite adamantly) that it cannot be returned. I thought alright, it must be my mistake as I didn’t check while buying whether it was sealed or not. So, I went to the section from where I bought the item to check if others are sealed. To my surprise, I found none of them are sealed. I tried to open one (just to make sure there is no seal internally), and realized there are indeed no seals. I went back to the billing and told the matter to the lady at the billing counter (I didn’t find GREG there), solely because I couldn’t realize what was in store for me. She telephoned GREG and told me to wait. GREG came around after a while and was visibly infuriated seeing me waiting for him. Without even giving me a chance to speak properly, he accused me of 1) trying to return same item multiple times after being refused, 2) trying to open sealed items at the store. Please note, he is doing this in front of my wife, my daughter and all other customers at the billing counter. I thought I had enough for a 9 dollar item. I just told him that do you realize you are insulting me and making me feel not welcome here. In reply he just said, I took note that you are trying to open items at my store and will have to ask you to leave the store immediately. Oh sure I will leave, and I AM GOING TO AVOID THIS STORE FOR A LONG TIME.

Decent inventory and the staff seems nice enough, but the checkout lines are normally huge. 1-2 registers open even at peak times is quite common. (Even on the busy holidays). I've seen 20 people in a line before and just left without shopping.
