Hello!!!!! I am a regular customer of the safeway, this is my favorite store, I like going to the bakery. There's a lady named Herminia. She always has a smile and ready to help, she is always busy in other things but always fast offers me help and of very good quality, does an excellent job. She always slices me the delicious French bread with kindness. I am very happy with her service. Thank you Safeway.

I went into the store to buy some beer. It was 1:45. I went there at that time because my work hours make it so that is around my time to have a beer or what have you. A man, darker Latino man walked up about 20 feet from me and said I had two minutes to buy beer. I told him I still had 8 minutes to look around. He then got hostile and said, "I sell whenever I want to, no matter what the time." He said, "I can smell alcohol on you from here (20 feet away)" I asked him his name and he wouldn't say. He had no name badge. I went and made my purchase with plenty of time to spare, written on top of receipt as well as the printed time. I asked the cashier what his name was. She said it was Manuel, but she couldn't give his last name. This was on 4/25/2017 at 1:58 AM. I then went to him and asked his last name. He said I am the night manager and I don't have to tell you my last name. He wore no badge or work clothes, he was a bald mild colored 'Latino' as he put it. I said this is totally racist because I was white. He threatened to call the police, I said go ahead. Like I have something to hide. I was about to leave when I noticed another clerk. I asked him what the night shift managers last name was. He responded that he was afraid for his job if he answered. I then claimed this was racist. He said why? Because everyone in the store is Mexican and I am not. He said you look Mexican. I am Caucasian with a variety of backgrounds but I am not Mexican. This is racism at its finest the other way around. I actually worked at a Safeway in Sonoma county. These are not the rules of Safeway inc. I would have gladly told them the last name and apologized for their behavior. They are union, I do not know what kind of hierarchy they have at this location. What manager wears their own clothes and no badge? He treated me like a criminal, I was wearing comfy pants and a long winter coat. There was no reason for this. I believe he should be fired. He was much more vulgar than what I made him to seem. He was totally unprofessional. I seriously doubt he would say such things to a darker person. I am no racist, but apparently he is. He kept saying my word meant nothing, well we will see, won't we.

Wide variety of food products. A bit pricey than other stores but well worth it. Gas station is a huge plus especially if you are a club member

The cashier Ramon is very generous,I was short $1and cents and he covered that amount for me.he was very polite and helpfull.im very greatfull.

Creek Bridge Safeway is ideal for me. The prices are good. I use my club card and shop sales. The facility is attractive, clean, and well organized, with the possible exception of the bathroom. The staff is always friendly and helpful. There is a gas station on the premises and the prices are excellent. This Safeway is located on my driving route, which makes it convenient. And, it is adjacent to my gym, nail salon, and Starbucks. So, overall, I'm pleased!
