Ordered coffee from very nice Kyle at Starbucks in store. Told him I would be back after checking out my groceries. Went to self checkout. Not working. Went to ONLY checkout lane open. 7 people in line. 3 more people added to line. I finally walked up to checker and asked if he could call for help. He did . No one came. May I point out that this is the time of morning when people are trying to get to work or as in my situation I'm here from Spokane, Washington, caring for my friend who is very ill. Thought I could make quick run to store. I stood in that line for over 10 minutes. I went back to checker and asked him to call for help again as there were over 10 people in line now. He did. Some girl finally came up. Instead of picking up pace and getting customers taken care of they bitched back and forth about who was supposed to be there. Why is self checkouts working etc. store has signs hanging everywhere saying "more than 3 people in line we will open up more registers". My suggestion. Pay for employees. Not misleading signs. I will come back for coffee while I'm here from the excellent people in your in house Starbucks. My groceries. I'm going down the road.

I was stuck in Sacramento with no gas and no credit card (my son had taken it from my wallet). I did have checks with me but they refused to take a check for $20 so I could get gas. I also didn't have gas to drive all over the place. I live over an hour away from Sacramento. I just don't understand why they couldn't make an exception. Plus they weren't all that nice about it. One of them was going to give me $10 so I could get a little gas to get to my bank but wanted my phone to ensure I brought back their money! Really?!?! I need my phone to use navigation! I can't get around otherwise! When I said that she refused to help! Nice.

They want to maximize your savings. Great place to shop. If the app coupon did not take effect at the cash register, just show them the coupon in the app and they will manually subtract it from the amount due. This happened to me. Great customer service!

The store has a lot to offer. There's a Starbucks inside, a deli lunch counter with a freestyle coke machine, and great variety of products. The lines are usually long however and the parking lot has really narrow spaces

Great selection. But price, but hey - It's Midtown. Tons of organic stuff, and they even have a deli-style kitchen where you can buy various made-to-order food.
