They've been a bit understaffed over the past few months, as evidenced by some lines, but I think it's getting better. And I've definitely seen some smiles! Hoping for improvements to continue!

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever used.  The staff is unprofessional, rude, and surly.  I really wonder why any of them picked pharmacy as a career. , they all seem to hate what they do so much. 

Customer service is non-existent, and I never saw any of them smile at customers , ever.

Slowest pharmacy I've ever been in. Even though my doctor called the prescription in, they didn't start filling it until I arrived to pick it up. When it was finally ready there was a significant line, and they couldn't process anyone in less than 10 minutes despite having 4 people working.  All in all this took about 40 minutes longer than it should have.

I'll have trouble trusting any Safeway pharmacy after this. Back to CVS.

This is the worst Safeway. Awful staff. Understaffed. Always huge lines, all hours of day and night.

The pharmacy staff is friendly and well organized.  The pharmacy is much better than the store!
