The inventory levels are so low at this store that I am often unable to purchase the usual daily items I'm expecting to find.

It seems the store manager thinks inventory turnover is more important than meeting customer expectations.

However, the 53rd & Philomath Blvd street store has never disappointed me. The shelves are always stocked everywhere from the meats to the bakery.  

I will continue to drive right past the circle store until I hear of changes.

Time and again they've screwed up refills, given me false information as to the status of them, etc. A fair estimate would be to say that something was severely messed up / late / etc. about a third of the time. Today takes the cake, though.

The pharmacist -- an older gentleman that looks like he sucked too many lemons -- actually told me over the phone that he was "too busy" to look up why my refill wasn't going through, because he had "500 other prescriptions to do." That's about as obnoxious and needlessly rude as it gets. So I drove about 40 minutes from Lebanon, at which point he seemed to already know the answer to the question without even using the computer. All I wanted to know was what was going on -- I have bipolar and when I miss my meds for this long, it can take me weeks to get back to normal.

I've never seen this kind of incompetence anywhere. I guess I'm the idiot for relying on them in the first place, but lesson learned.
