I have used this pharmacy for years and love the people who work there.
They always try to help and do their best. I just spoke to Mike the Pharmacist who was very helpful. I admire their abilities and their knowledge of medications that is far above any other profession.

I wish there was a good pharmacy in Corvallis so I could use it. Unfortunately, we keep switching in hopes to find a better one, and they have all been terrible. Rite Aid, Safeway, etc. 

The main issue is the huge wait times despite giving ample time to fill prescriptions. This has happened repeatedly. Latest example, Doctor called in a prescription at 8:30am. We went there at the end of lunch break at 1pm (4.5 hours later), we get there, and after waiting in line for 20 minutes, we are told it's going to take around 45 minutes to fill the prescription. Again - this is not me ranting after an isolated incident. This has happened repeatedly here. 

I wish I could tell you what pharmacy to use, but again we keep switching (driving further each time) to find one that fills prescriptions before you get to the counter, and we have failed. 

This Pharmacy has also told us at various different times that a person is not under the insurance, even though we have had them visit the doctor at various times during the year - but somehow they failed to associate it there.

This pharmacy takes forever to get prescriptions even when they call you and tell you it’s ready. When you pick up your medications from this place, carve out 30-45 minutes of your day.

Even if I call before hand, my prescription is NEVER ready when I get there, and always have a 30-60 minute wait.  Definitely switching pharmacies.

Perhaps people who get decent service don't write reviews.  The people who have helped me have always been courteous and helpful.  One of the pharmacists actually called me to tell me the prescription my doctor had ordered was not covered by my insurance and it was very costly, she said she would call my doctors office for me with a recommend for a replacement.  Another pharmacist also recommended another BP medicine for me when I told him I was having issues with the one I was on.  I will say that there are not usually enough people working and it can sometimes be very slow to get your script.
