Very disappointed in the way i was treated. First off when i called i was hung up on. When i called back the lady that answered my call answered it like she was at home. When i asked about my prescription she again was very rude. Don't know why they would have someone that has no customer service skills talking to the public. After waiting on the phone she stated that my prescription didn't come in till 7 p.m. the previous  night. I asked when it would be ready, she again very rudely stated that she already told me that... guess i didn't hear it. i will be filling my prescriptions up somewhere else thanks to Jessica. I know stuff happens  at work, but even if your backed up its not my fault. I work in customer service, you never treat people like that.

Pharmacist goes home early on a Friday afternoon?  They offer flu shots but apparently the only person that can give them is the only pharmacist working. So now waiting room is filled with people wanting flu shots and I sit waiting more then an hour now to get 1 script filled.. good staffing plan Safeway!

No one ever knows what they're doing, and they're highly understaffed. Not worth the stress
