The staff at the pharmacy are so helpful, kind and compassionate. Thank you.

The staff are very helpful and friendly here and always try to go above and beyond. My only complaints are that sometimes the prices they list with GoodRx aren't the same as the coupons I pull up on the app and occasional long lines which happen everywhere. If you show them the Good Rx coupon they will fix the price, but you have to wait about 15 minutes for them to process it. Some places I have been to won't even honor their listed Good Rx coupons, so I do appreciate this since I don't have prescription coverage.

If you use another pharmacy like Wal-Mart you should fire them and go to the great people at Safeway Pharmacy.  The customer service at Safeway Pharmacy is outstanding and their technicians are engaged, knowledgeable, and happy to help.  I cannot stress enough how nice it has been to go to a pharmacy where l am not rushed, where the technicians don't seem irritated or too busy to help, and where every visit is both professional  and courteous!  By the way, that goes for the entire store. The Safeway people are just really great people to shop with! I will never shop for groceries or get my medicine anywhere else!

Let me just start by saying I used to DREAD going here, so much so that I was considering going to a different pharmacy.  They have really made improvements within the last couple years. The new male boss with the dark hair is super kind and helpful, and all of their new pharmacists are amazing. The wait time and customer service has improved drastically since the last boss and staff. I really don't mind coming here anymore!

Only speaking on the pharmacy and I’d give it ZERO stars if possible. You guys should really hire pharmacy staff that has  a tiny bit of customer service skills. Rudest human being I’ve ever spoken with. Blatantly rude and disrespectful and to be honest, it made him sound very ignorant. God, I hope he’s not an actual pharmacist. If he is, that’s a whole different can of worms.

Generally have great experience.  Do not go in with in 2 hours of opening,  seems they just dont have anything prepared.  The automated phone system they use tp remind customers of their prescription being ready for pick up borders on harassment.  And the younger lady with purple hair could use some custoner service training.  Apparently she is either hard of hearing or just rude and just talks over a person, cuts them off midsentence or doesnt care to listen.
