It was a nice office and close to my home at the time. I was however upset at how pushy they were to try to get me to do Invisalign. Also I went in for my free cleaning to be told I had gingivitis. I had never had any issues with my teeth except some minor cavities in the past but have very good cleaning habits. Had to pay $200 out of pocket which I was not expecting. Same situation with my husband. We both have moved and have since seen a new dentist and to our surprise we have no issues whatsoever with our teeth and have maintained the same cleaning habits. I will not be returning to any sage dental office as I feel they may have overcharged and or misdiagnosed us for the services we came in for.

I was looking for a dental office closer to work, wasn't expecting to find the best dental office in town. But I was genuinely surprised by the friendly and professional staff in here. I have used 3 dental offices in the past and my daughter has been through even more dental office than I have. This office is the best in overall service and friendly level. Best of all, I have even waited for more than 10 mins out in the waiting area. I am use to wait for 30 mins, an hour even though I have an appointment. But this place is great with their appointments, I got email reminder and they called me to confirm my appointments. the doctor himself was there waiting for me when I needed to replace my crown. I was in and out of there in less than an hour for redoing the crown. I am really happy that I found this place.

Wow, I haven't even gotten to go to the office. I made an appointment last night onlinee for a 3:30 pm appointment on 9-29-16 and someone called me from palm beach and left a message to call back. After work I did and got a rude lady on the phone not knowing what I'm speaking about and doesn't see an appointment for me, yet I asked, well I'm a new patient whom made an appointment online and entered my info that's how you have my phone number...Hello......... So how is it that a new patient is treated this way...which made me look up reviews and consumer complaints......what a shame........ I'm now thankful to the disrespectful lady whom couldn't answer my questions and hung up on me... letting me know they have NO interest in my business and can't even treat new patients with the respect they deserve...... I'm sure I'll find a dentist and orthodontist egar to treat me and appreciate for my business...... Others do yourself a favor as I did and read up on all the complaints and make up your own opinion if you can trust this company treating something as important as your teeth.... I am truly sad and disappointed for the way I've been treated.....
