The office girls are great. The building is beautiful but if you are looking for a customer driven dentist this is not the place. If you are looking for someone to actually answer the phone, this is not the place. If you are looking for a dentist who is looking out for the patient instead of monies for the company, this is not the place. Every time I go it ends in another crown and another $1500 dollar bill. 😞

The reviews all tell the same story. This dental office is not customer driven. I attempted to give sage dental another try despite my previous chaotic experience of their billing department, but the same experience occurred. The billing department is rude and unprofessional. I have not been to a place previously where the dentists and dental assistance acknowledged there is a problem with the front staff but cannot do anything about it. After talking with the dentist she advised me to speak with the corporate office about the attitudes of the staff. The first time I experienced problems with the office I had a route canal procedure done and was overcharged 1200$, furthermore I had to follow up weekly to have the billing department correct things on their end. It took 3 months to be reimbursed. Next, despite having such a bad experience I decided to give them another try and  schedule for  a cleaning. I was unable to make my appointment and when I attempted to reschedule, I was told very rudely that I was going to need to bad 50$ for a cancellation and she "didn't know what to tell me". Unfortunate because of the great dentists but I would strongly advise finding another dental provider due to the front staff.

I do not just hand out 5 stars unless the place deserves it. This is a 5 star establishment. Nice building, friendly staff, professional and competent process from start to finish. Much better than any other dentists I have been to. Won't try to overcharge you.

The dental assistant I saw was very awesome. She explained everything to me and walked me through everything I should do and explained what was going on. With that being said, I called them being a first time customer. They ran their game and got me for 200 dollars right off the bat. Being in so much pain and explaining to them first and foremost, reluctantly I fell for their 200 (v.i.p.) deal. I got there and they took their xrays and explained to me what I needed to do. I made an appt with an oral surgeon for the following week. Went up to the counter to verify my appt and the snarky women up front explained that my appt was a month away. Would never go back there or recommend anybody to go there.
