Lady so rude at treasuar door. get there 1 minute before they close cause i work a 9-5 and she couldnt take my 150 cash water deposit. Wonder how they feel turning money down cause she has to get put on time cant spare 5 mins. Good shut the damn water off so u can get more for a reconnect fee

Ive always had very adequate service and for those of you who are complaining they deal with ass holes all day i don't know why you think they should help you rite away when you havnt paid your bills on time. They have a schedule and hours just like any other job. And a hole city to run. So complain a bit more because all city halls and services are the same.

They hang up in your face.  I paid my bill... They have my money... But will not turn it on till the next day...😮 wow.. They turned it off so fast but they are bad ppl to deal with... We have no were else to go this sucks.... I hate there service. .. Wow i make a complain. And they try to condim my house 😮
