These guys are AWESOME! I pop in occasionally because I costume and they always have really great ideas to problem solve. They do such an awesome job amd have such wonderful a sense of humor.

When I usually think of hardware stores , I think of the big box stores that can offer low prices and large selection. This Ace Hardware can't really compete on the same level as some of those big stores, but seeing as how it's a community store, it doesn't really have to.

I like the convenience factor of being able to go to a local hardware store to pick up a few things that I might have missed at the big box stores in Tucson, but it is definitely not my first choice.

On the whole the prices are just too high and the selection just too limited. The staff is not very helpful and there are a few people there that I will avoid every time I go in because they just waste my time. There are only two employees there that I will ever ask questions because it seems like they are the only competent ones working there.

Simply put, I will only go to this hardware store if I know exactly what I want and it is a very common part.

This is the ACE Store you want to shop at when buying local.  DO NOT,  I repeat DO NOT shop at the other ACE off Esperanza.  That store is absolutely horrible.  This store is a 180 from the other one.
