I have had this Trucking Freight Company deliver my freight on a few different occasions. Their dispatch is located in the 419 area code in Ohio. The Terminal which delivers my freight is located in Saginaw, Michigan. The dispatch calls and schedules a date and time for delivery, then sends it to the Saginaw terminal for delivery. 

With no regard to the client and customer, there is no call to reschedule. The terminal sets their own delivery date and time, and my freight will sit on their dock for 3 or 4 days until they are ready to make the delivery. VERY POOR SERVICE !!! The first two times, I gave Saia benefit of an Ooops! Now this is the third time this has happen, and I'm sure this is no honest error.  I have requested to my Supplier, not to use or have Saia LTL Freight delivery my freight for any future deliveries.

Horrible office people will lie to you about your shipment finally had to go to there office irrate to get things done

TERRIBLE customer service. My shipment was delayed by 3 days all the while it was at their terminal.  Erick S. (who assured me 3 times he has been doing this for 13 years) was very unhelpful and rude. I was told I was welcome to pick up the shipment myself?!?
