Took my BCBG thong sandals in to get fixed, didnt tighten them up enough. I brought the other one in so he could match it up. He agreed to fix it. Came back, it still wasn't tight enough. The difference was visible. I didn't get mad or combative, he told me to get out, I was costing him too much money. I paid him $15 to fix one shoe! Then I guess he had a change of heart, he says let me see. I don't think so! I referred this man to other people. Never again! I paid him for a service he didn't provide.

He is awesome I love coming there with my kids he always makes them laugh. Oh and he always does a great job fixing my shoes.

Awesome place! Great customer service! Took my heels here for a minor repair! They were fixed on the spot! Pretty reasonable prices
