The first time I went here. I arrived at 10 am and they were not open yet. A gentleman came at 1030. It was my aunt and I and he professed he was the only one working so we left, it would have taken too long as we both wanted pedicures and manicures. The second time I came at about 12pm. It was 3 employees but only this Male did manicures the 2 women only did pedicures and there were 2 customers ahead of me for manicures! I got a pedicure and no chip mani and was in there 2 and a half hours. It's a reason they have these specials. It was a sub par experience. The pedicure was decent except for the hot towel part she just threw one towel across both my legs. The guy was rough and very stoic faced doing my nails. Made me uncomfortable and didn't even do my hand massage at the end!! Poor service all around. Oh and parking is a nightmare.

Super small shop, even smaller parking lot. Only 2-3 people work here and only 1 lady speaks English. Besides that lady, the staff is rude (or maybe it's the language barrier??). Half the time they arent open; their hours and days of operation really fluctuate and are inconsistent. In addition to always being under staffed, theyre very slow. Considering their really inconvenient location, bad service, etc. I dont estimate they'll be around long. Nail salons are a dime a dozen and theres several just around the corner. Used to go there to get my eyebrows waxed, but Im done now -- the woman who does eyebrows is never there!

A seen TWO mice. One mice came so close, i screamed. No remorse from the staff. Not clean.
