This place is very consistently great. I mixed it up this time and got the hu tieu wonton soup instead of the pho and was really happy it was sooo flavorful. The waitress was awesome and on top of things, so much so that I said to my bf - you should poach her for your restaurant! my only complaint is the dumplings were deep fried instead of steamed and I wish they said that on the menu

My best friend and I frequent this spot quite often, maybe even once a week. The pho is absolutely amazing here, the best in Lafayette. The vermicelli bowl and spring rolls are also delicious. The service is usually fairly quick even if the restaurant is full. I highly recommend this place if you’re craving Vietnamese staples!Food: 5/5

So we decided to give siagon noodle a try again after the last time we ate there 2 years ago we had a bad experience.  The bean sprouts were bad and old looking, and the noodle portion for the pho was noticeably less.  Well we are now leaving there again disgusted.  Ordered the normal pho and they brought out our vegetables and I asked if I could get a lime because I didn't see it.  They said they would have to charge another dollar and some change for extra limes.  Bruh this lime was the size of a penny.  This owner has had to lost his mind.  If things are that tough he might need to close his doors down.  King buffett can sell me an all u can eat for 3 bucks more than my pho and I can pig out on 4 plates and they still make money.

I ordered the white rice with fried tofu. I was excited at first because I’ve had tofu. However, this food was beyond bland and not edible.  I did contact the restaurant to get to a resolution.  But, they offered me another sweet chili sauce which wouldn’t have been worth the drive. The tofu was EXTREMELY dry as well. I’m disappointed to have wasted $14 on a meal that I won’t eat.  Vegetarian options: Very few.

Have you ever craved a certain type of food so much that you'll go the distance for it? For me, that food is Saigon noodles! Even though I live an hour away from my favorite spot, I always make sure to stop by whenever I'm in town. But my latest visit left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. I ordered five boxes of com tam dac biet and was excited to dig in. However, to my dismay, all five of my com tam meats were burnt to a crisp! After driving all that way, I couldn't believe my taste buds were let down.

Saigon noodle had delicious Vietnamese food. We had the House Pho and Vermicelli with some Bánh mì to get us started. The Bánh mì was excellent, and I really enjoyed the Pho. If you don't like weird animal parts, I wouldn't recommend the house pho. Instead just get one with beef or meatballs. Good service too. Don't be afraid to get it to go.

Came here for lunch based on a recommendation from a reliable source. Saigon noodle did not disappoint. Friendly gracious staff. Ordered Pho tai-chin and it was spot on. After lunch I had to try their Vietnamese coffee, it sensational. Coming back.
