How do you review a team of dedicated professionals who assist in the dying process? We have nothing to compare this to but we can tell you what we observed. My Mom had Alzheimer's Disease. Each visit from the RNs, Michelle and Alex,  were tender and caring visits.  Carol came to bathe my Mom, such an intimate interaction, and Carol was so kind and gracious. We had the Hospice team in our home weekly for about 5 months. Hospice team gave us, the caregivers, encouragement to continue on, educated us at each step of my Mom's progression in this dreadful disease, and supported us with heartfelt visits. We can't say enough to express our thankfulness and gratitude for all they did for us. And even on that final day, the concern and care we were given was extraordinary. Wendy Schuyler, RN  attended my wife, Ellie (L E ) , before her death 4 Apr 2015.  The care was given gently, timely, thoroughly.  Wendy was appreciated every moment including those minutes immediately after death which was , of course, during anything but normal hours.  
I have restrained from contact because of the thought of interruption to someone else's care; but the thought of a thank you has been often recurring.  
Today I found in a door not usually frequented now, a business card from Wendy expressing a thoughtfulness about me, the survivor.    How kind, considerate, and welcome. It is reflective of Wendy personally as well as FrontierHHH.   Thank you all. Ham Hamilton, Nampa

Terribly disappointed, they employ inept staff with poor criteria in regards to medical decision making.
